Two moose took shelter under a cabin at Bear Lake in Utah, near the Idaho border. A video shared by Twitter user Brian Williams on Monday shows two male moose in the shade under a cabin thats raised above the ground. “Woke up a couple Bull Moose under our cabin at Bear Lake, Utah,” Williams tweeted alongside the video. According to the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, there are between 2,500 and 3,000 moose in the state. The largest member of the deer family, adult moose can can weigh 800 to 1,200 pounds. The agency says females can become aggressive when they have calves in the spring and summer, while the males are more aggressive during breeding season in the fall. To avoid conflict, the agency recommends giving the animals plenty of space and never approaching them.
